Brother: The market actually fell below 12,600 briefly. We will see that level again soon enough, followed by substantially lower readings. The housing bubble will not be completed deflated until another 3 to 5 years have passed. Consumer spending will be taken down with it. The Fed will try to mitigate the damage, but they will be unable to stop the coming flood of foreclosures and misery. This is the mess the Greenspan made and Bernanke will take the blame for.

Perhaps my prediction foretold the truth. 13000 could be the floor – at least in the short term. The next few weeks will be quite telling. Out.
